Paint Coordinator/Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Lead and support a small team of production employees on the paint and packing lines
- Coordinate daily workflow to ensure production goals and quality standards are met
- Assist with powder coating and packing processes
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members
- Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed
- Monitor productivity and help resolve production issues as they arise
Paint Coordinator/Lead Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience (formal title not required)
- Experience in powder coating and/or manufacturing production environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours between 1st and 2nd shift as needed
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work alongside the team
- Reliable, dependable, and driven to meet goals
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
