Office Admin/Front desk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to05:00pm )
Manage all office activities including regular vendor coordination, supply ordering, event planning, and administrative assistance
Provide building access to new employees
Serve as first point of contact for all site visitors/guests and external vendors
Assist in coordinating and monitoring site action plans
Provide Administrative assistance to the plant leadership team
Assist in HR Onboarding Processes including timeclock training, I9 processing, etc.
Office Admin/Front desk Qualifications:
4+ years of office management or general administrative
Outstanding organizational and task management skills
Experience with Windows 10
Professional and/or Google Suite
Ability to execute light physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 pounds
Strong communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively with internal team members
Ability to prioritize effectively while maintaining a positive customer presence
Customer service skills and general client-facing ability
Desire to take on ambiguous tasks and develop scalable solutions
Executive/Leadership administrative support
Full scale project management experience
