Maintenance Technician
Elwood Staffing is hiring for an experienced Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment. This position is located in the Lancaster area.

Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:00pm )
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
- Inspect, replace, and lubricate parts for optimal performance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems with all equipment
- Use tools and testing equipment to assess equipment malfunctions and restore functionality
- Assist in installation of new equipment
- Maintain detailed reports of repairs and performance
- Other duties as assigned
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Technical Certificate
- 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
