Pallet Refurbishment Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Inspect, sort, and evaluate wooden pallets for quality
- Disassemble damaged pallets using hand and power tools in a safe, efficient manner
- Remove, stack, and organize usable wood materials for pallet rebuilding or recycling
- Maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting daily productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
- Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team to support production operations
Pallet Refurbishment Technician Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, production, construction, landscaping, or hands-on labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials throughout an active work environment
- Comfortable using hand tools and working in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting
- Strong attendance, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to train on any shift
