Saw Operator
Edgerton, Ohio company is looking for a third shift saw operator. This position will train on first and move to third shift. $21.17

Saw Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.17 to $ 22.17 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:30pm to06:00am )
- Operate band saws and industrial cutting equipment
- Cut steel billets and raw materials according to work orders and cut tickets
- Read blueprints, job specifications, and measurement tools
- Verify material sizes, heat numbers, and traceability information
- Load and unload heavy steel materials using forklift
- Inspect cuts for quality and dimensional accuracy
- Maintain saw blades, coolant levels, and machine condition
- Complete production paperwork and inventory documentation
- Follow plant safety procedures and PPE requirements
Saw Operator Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math
- Experience with saws, cranes, forklifts, or heavy equipment is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods S
- trong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
