Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00am to11:00pm )
- Set up, operate, and monitor Springfield injection molding machines
- Ensure consistent product quality
- Perform mold changes
- Conduct routine quality checks
- Troubleshoot operational or mechanical issues and make adjustments
- Use a variety of hand and pneumatic tools
- Stack, move, and handle materials, including heavy lifting as required
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to read and write in English
- Experience with injection molding
- Knowledge of mold changes and setup procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
- Experience using hand tools, including: Pneumatic tools, Drills, Peelers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Preferred Experience with structural molding
- Familiarity with robotics in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
