Sheet Rock Installer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Measure, cut, and fit drywall panels to required dimensions.
- Secure drywall sheets to walls and ceilings using appropriate tools and fasteners.
- Apply tape, joint compound, and finishing techniques to prepare surfaces for painting.
- Repair or replace damaged drywall as needed Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure finished surfaces are smooth, level, and free of defects.
- Collaborate with construction team members to meet project deadlines.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site.
Sheet Rock Installer Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sheetrock/Drywall Installer.
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation and finishing techniques.
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install drywall.
- Skilled in mudding, taping, sanding, and finishing surfaces.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy drywall materials.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
