Data Entry Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email (pricing, orders, product info, shipments)
- Accurately process orders and maintain customer records through data entry
- Respond to customer requests and follow up within 24 hours
- Support sales team with quotes, administrative tasks, and product information
- Resolve customer concerns professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
Data Entry Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong data entry and typing accuracy
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Multi-tasking and time management
- Attention to detail and organization
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
