Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.30 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- 1st shift - Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd shift Monday - Friday 3:00PM – 11:00PM
- 3rd shift Sunday – Thursday 11:00PM – 7:00 AM
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
- Operate and monitor assigned machinery according to established procedures and production schedules.
- Perform regular visual inspections of products.
- Accurately apply labels to finished products.
- Report any operational deviations, equipment problems, or quality concerns promptly to supervision.
- Assist with other production-related duties as needed.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and walk consistently and lift and carry object weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Capable of working in a manufacturing environment, which may include varying temperatures (up to 100 in summer), noise levels, and exposure to dust/fumes.
- Minimum 6 months as a machine Operator or in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written, for safety reasons.
- Must have High school diploma or GED
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
