Seeking a Temporary Accounting Specialist to provide operational accounting support during a high-volume fiscal period. This role will focus heavily on accounts payable/accounts receivable processing, reconciliations, and fiscal year-end support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal training.

Temp Accounting Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Process high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with fiscal year-end accounting activities and reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for daily processing
- Support general accounting and administrative functions as assigned Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial information
Temp Accounting Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or training
- Experience with accounting software systems and ERP platforms preferred High-volume AP/AR processing experience preferred
- Prior government, nonprofit, or educational accounting experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
