Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- 30-minute unpaid lunch and one 15-minute break
- Average lifting requirement is 25 lbs, with some areas requiring repetitive lifting up to 60 lbs
- QC duties include standing at the conveyor line, removing poorly cut cucumbers, and lifting/shaking buckets so cucumbers settle to the bottom
- Labeling pails as needed
- Lifting pails from the conveyor onto closely staged pallets; some pails may weigh up to 60 lbs and tasks can be repetitive
Production Qualifications:
- Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repetitively and stand for extended periods during the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment around conveyor lines and food products
- Ability to follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts consistently
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
