Finance Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
110,000.00 to $ 125,000.00 / annually First Shift
- Partner with executive leadership to support financial operations, strategic planning, and business decisions
- Lead financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and Power BI dashboard development
- Analyze profitability, pricing, margins, commissions, inventory valuation, and customer performance metrics
- Support month-end close, reconciliations, compliance, audits, and financial reporting processes
- Develop and improve SOPs, financial controls, and reporting systems across the organization
Finance Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA/CMA or advanced degree preferred 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Strong FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI expertise required
- Experience with ERP systems, audits, reconciliations, SOP development, and KPI-driven reporting preferred
