Distribution Coordinator Details:
Temporary position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Process and prepare shipping documents (packing lists, BOLs, labels) for outbound and international shipments
- Coordinate shipments including scheduling freight pickups and processing small parcel carriers (UPS/FedEx/DHL)
- Handle warehouse operations such as pulling, staging, loading/unloading materials, and organizing inventory
- Perform data entry, maintain logs, file/scan documents, and update spreadsheets or inventory systems
- Support general warehouse and distribution tasks, follow safety/SOP guidelines, and assist with training or re-labeling when needed
Distribution Coordinator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a clerical, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred
- Experience with inventory systems (ERP, FBSS, or similar) and basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to operate forklifts and safely handle loading/unloading of materials (or willingness to be trained)
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require
