Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
As Customer Service Representative you will
- Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional manner
- Explain loan products, terms, interest rates, and repayment options
- Assist customers with completing loan applications and required paperwork Verify customer information (ID, income, employment, etc.)
- Process loan payments, extensions, and renewals
- Maintain accurate records and update customer accounts in the system
- Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Previous office or financial Customer Service Experience required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
