Laminate Manufacturing Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.50 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 02:00pm to02:30am )
- OT is common and required based on production demand; expect extended hours, typically averaging ~50 hrs/week.
- Accurately mix, measure, and color-match inks, resins, and coatings to meet customer and production requirements
- Work collaboratively with screen printing and coating teams to ensure timely delivery of materials for production schedules
- Follow detailed formulas and production instructions to maintain consistency and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area in accordance with facility guidelines
Laminate Manufacturing Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with an “eye for color” and ability to distinguish subtle shade variations
- Basic math/measurement skills required; able to read formulas and use measuring tools accurately
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to inks, resins, and coatings
- Must be able to work around strong odors from inks/resins used in the process
- All required PPE is provided and must be worn as required
- May require respirator fit testing and use of half-face/full-face respirator when needed
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand/wrist movements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
