Heat Treat Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 06:30pm to06:30am )
- 4/2 schedule with rotating weekends
- Operate a semi-automated furnace for heat-treating high-pressure cylinders
- Willing to work in a hot environment
- React quickly to correct problems with automated material handling equipment
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Follow heat treat operating procedures and monitor that the furnace is operating
- Identify cylinders and stamp heat lot codes on heat treated cylinders
- Perform and relieve Furnace Load Operator, Furnace Operator and Furnace Off-load Operator
- Other duties as assigned
Heat Treat Operator Qualifications:
- Willingness to work overtime and on the weekends
- Ability to work in a very hot environment
- Steel toes required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
