Project Leader Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.75 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Lead and oversee quality inspection projects
- • Train and support Shift Leaders and team members
- • Manage daily operations and shift performance
- • Inspect and verify automotive parts for quality issues
- • Communicate with customers and plant management
- • Investigate defects and help solve quality problems
- • Handle employee performance and conflict resolution
- • Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
- • Complete reports, documentation, and project tracking
- • Coordinate staffing and coverage across shifts/sites
- • Support continuous improvement initiatives
- • Work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and multiple shifts
Project Leader Qualifications:
- • Experience in Automotive Manufacturing or related
- • Experience leading a team and training
- • reliable vehicle with valid license and insurance
- • safety boots
- • willingness to travel if needed to Chattanooga or Montgomery
- • availability to work any shift
