We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Inbound Sales Specialist to join a moving company. This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key part in delivering an exceptional moving experience while driving company revenue through inbound sales support.

CSR/Inbound Sales Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Professionally answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
- Consult with customers to understand their unique moving needs and provide precise moving estimates using company pricing tools and guidelines.
- Educate prospective clients on our comprehensive range of services, transparent pricing structures, packing options, and scheduling availability.
- Actively work to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, consistently striving to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
CSR/Inbound Sales Specialist Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn and efficiently utilize company-specific software and pricing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Prior experience in a call center or inbound sales environment.
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or Inside Salesperson.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
