The Operations/Production Manager will oversee daily production workflows, manage inventory logistics, and ensure the timely fulfillment of orders. The role includes coordinating with suppliers, monitoring quality control, and optimizing operational efficiency. The manager is also tasked with streamlining processes and supporting team members to meet performance goals. 60k a year.

Operations/Production Manager Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $60.00 /annually
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Oversee daily production and operational workflows
  • Manage inventory systems, logistics, and order fulfillment processes
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
  • Support and guide team members in meeting production and performance goals
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are consistently met Assist with day-to-day operational needs in a flexible, hands-on environment
  • Communicate effectively with global team members and partners

Operations/Production Manager Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with QuickBooks Online (QBO) preferred
  • Experience with platforms such as ShipStation, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Finale Inventory, A2X, or similar systems is a plus
  • Experience in operations management, production coordination, and logistics
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain systems
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle challenges with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Experience in retail, wholesale, or museum-related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
