RV/Auto Sales Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Customer Engagement Greet and build rapport with customers
- Identify needs and recommend suitable new or pre-owned units
- Conduct detailed walk-throughs of vehicles
- Highlight features, benefits, and value
- Facilitate test drives and answer product questions
- Negotiate pricing and terms
- Prepare and complete sales documentation
- Partner with finance teams to finalize contracts
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings
RV/Auto Sales Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience in automotive, RV, marine, or powersports preferred (not required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to walk outdoor lots and stand for extended periods
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
