Design Engineer
We are seeking highly skilled Design Engineers to support the new automated assembly system projects. Designers in this role will independently execute complex mechanical designs, collaborate closely with Project Engineers during design reviews, and contribute high?quality technical solutions within fast-paced project timelines.

Design Engineer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
61.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Design complex mechanical systems for custom automated assembly equipment
- Create and manage designs from concept through detailed development
- Use SolidWorks (and Windchill) for modeling and documentation Ensure accuracy, safety, and manufacturability of all designs
- Solve complex engineering challenges and adapt design methods as needed
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback
- Collaborate with project engineers and cross-functional teams Work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume design environment
Design Engineer Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience designing automated assembly systems
- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks (Windchill preferred)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical principles and system-level design
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex design challenges
- Receptive to feedback and able to adjust designs accordingly
