Robot Programmer
We are seeking a hands-on Robot Programmer to support automation projects across multiple plant locations in North America. This role will focus on robot programming, system integration, and on-site support within automotive manufacturing environments. Robot Programmer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
45.00 to $ 51.00 / hour Part Time work available- Weekend work required
Weekend Shift ( Friday throughMonday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot Yaskawa (Motoman) robots in automotive manufacturing environments
- Support weld and material handling applications, including system startup, commissioning, and debugging
- Assist with EOAT (end-of-arm tooling) setup and light machine build activities
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to execute automation projects and meet timelines
- Deliver field service support across multiple plant locations (U.S. & Canada), including travel
Robot Programmer Qualifications:
- Proven experience programming Yaskawa (Motoman) robots (required)
- Hands-on experience with at least one additional platform (Fanuc, ABB, or KUKA)
- Background in automotive manufacturing (Honda experience strongly preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in live production environments
- Ability to travel and work a field-based schedule; valid passport required
