Front Desk Receptionist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00am )
- Greet members and visitors; serve as first point of contact
- Answer and route phone calls professionally
- Verify insurance programs (SilverSneakers, Silver&Fit, UHC)
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Provide administrative and front desk support
- Ensure welcoming, organized front desk environment
Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn systems
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Professional and dependable in public-facing role
- Receptionist or insurance experience preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
