Counter Sales Details:
Temporary position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
Assist customers in identifying, selecting, and purchasing appropriate trailer parts and accessoriesProvide knowledgeable product recommendations based on customer needs and specificationsAccurately process sales transactions, including cash and electronic paymentsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter environmentReceive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory shipmentsPerform routine inventory counts and ensure stock accuracyCoordinate with the service department to support timely order fulfillmentAddress customer inquiries, concerns, returns, and complaints with professionalism and courtesyStay informed on industry trends, new products, and advancements in trailer parts
Counter Sales Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse, or stock management preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and counts
- Proficiency with inventory systems, data entry, and basic computer skills
- Ability to lift, move, and organize inventory as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and able to follow procedures, with good communication and teamwork skills
