** Maintenance Technician** We are seeking a diligent and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the upkeep and swift preparation of our properties across Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, and Hot Springs. The ideal candidate will be a versatile individual with a strong foundation in general maintenance and "make ready" tasks. **Job Type:** Temporary **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Conduct general building maintenance and repairs to ensure properties meet quality standards. * Travel regularly and efficiently between properties located in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, and Hot Springs to perform duties. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a General Laborer with a strong background in building and maintenance. * Demonstrated proficiency in residential plumbing tasks. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations. * Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for travel between properties. **Requirements:** * Successful completion of a pre-employment background check. * Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
