Cummins Summer Program Details:
Temporary position- $
19.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Ideal for college students, recent graduates, teachers, bus drivers, and summer job seekers
- Executing production tasks & operations in accordance with standard procedures and quality guidelines.
- Maintaining a strong focus on quality control and attention to detail throughout the production process.
- Working effectively within a team setting to ensure efficient workflow & achievement of production targets.
- Adhering to all safety protocols & maintaining a clean & organized work environment.
- Performing physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, & other repetitive motions.
- Following instructions diligently & adapting to changing production priorities.
Cummins Summer Program Qualifications:
- Demonstrated strong reliability, excellent attendance, & a robust work ethic are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods & perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, & other repetitive motions.
- Comfortable & capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Possess strong attention to detail & a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proven ability to follow instructions & collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with production line work or assembly processes is highly preferred.
- Must Pass Prerequisite Physical & Post Offer Employment testing
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
