**Property Manager**  Full-time **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM  We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our residential properties.  The ideal candidate will ensure properties are well-maintained and operations run smoothly. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage day-to-day property operations, ensuring efficient functioning and tenant satisfaction. * Utilize proven property management experience to address a variety of property-related matters. * Maintain accurate property records and generate basic reports using Microsoft Excel and other standard computer software. * Perform essential minor maintenance tasks, which include, but are not limited to: * Changing locks and rekeying. * Repairing skirting. * Boarding up windows securely. * Addressing minor plumbing issues such as leaks or clogs. * Communicate effectively and professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. * Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant housing regulations. **Required Qualifications:** * Demonstrable experience in residential property management. * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for basic data entry, tracking, and reporting. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System. * Proven ability to perform minor maintenance tasks as outlined above. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
