Seeking a reliable production associate for swing shift! Starting pay $20/hr.

Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 03:00pm to11:30pm )
- Assist with all stages of production, packaging, and order preparation
- Perform labeling, palletizing, sorting, and organizing of materials- Run or support equipment as trained (department-specific tasks)
- Verify product accuracy and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Complete basic inventory, material handling, and documentation as required
- Support shipping tasks such as packing, staging, and preparing orders
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Learn and operate a forklift (experience is a plus but not required)
Production Associate Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or production experience preferred, not required
- Ability to follow instructions and learn multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance is essential
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- MUST be able to read tape measure
