MIG Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift
- Perform precise MIG welding on steel components to construct durable automotive racks.* Operate a variety of hand tools efficiently and safely to support welding and assembly processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station at all times.* Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols, including consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).* Comply with company policies regarding lunch breaks, including clocking out when leaving the facility.
- Contribute to a fast-paced production line, meeting quality standards and output goals.
MIG Welder Qualifications:
- Proven experience in MIG and steel welding techniques.* Demonstrated ability to perform effectively as a production line worker in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in using common hand tools relevant to welding and assembly.* Ability to stand comfortably for an entire 8-hour shift and perform repetitive tasks as needed.* Willingness and availability to work overtime when required to meet production demands.
- Must own and provide your own welding hood.
- Disqualify If: • Unable to communicate effectively in English, both verbaland written, for safety reasons.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
