Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Gather comprehensive information for Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and effectively present pricing options to customers. * Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Representatives to learn and disseminate technical product data, ensuring consistent and accurate information.

Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- demonstrating compassion and understanding towards client needs at all times.
- Work closely with internal departments, including Production, Quoting, Shipping, and Warehousing, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and superior client satisfaction.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- must submit resume
- computer experience (word, excel)
- numeric data entry
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
