• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 06:00pm)

 We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team in a temporary capacity. This role focuses on third-party collections, requiring exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, establishing payment arrangements, and accurately documenting interactions while adhering to industry regulations.  **Key Responsibilities:*** Initiate outbound calls to consumers to discuss and resolve overdue accounts, specifically in third-party collections.* Negotiate and establish appropriate payment plans or arrangements with account holders.* Provide clear, concise, and professional communication in both English and Spanish.* Perform accurate 10-key data entry (by touch) to update account information and log call details. Proven experience in a call center environment, preferably with collections responsibilities.  * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS. * Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and active listening abilities. **Work Environment & Schedule: This is an in-office position, ensuring a collaborative and structured setting.* **Dress Code:** Business Casual.* **Training Schedule (Mandatory): (2 weeks) ** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.* **Post-Training Regular Schedule:** * Monday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM * (Total 40 hours per week)
