Construction Project Manager Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Manage the day-to-day operations for various projects in such a manner that the work flow is smooth, the bids are completed on time with the quality required to serve the Customer’s needs.
• Provide positive support services to the estimating and production teams. This includes assisting in the coordination of all projects to ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Company.
• Continue to monitor customer satisfaction, aggressively seek new business opportunities, and develop these opportunities into sales for the Company
• Prepare progress billings and job cost reports as required in a timely and accurate manner for delivery to the appropriate administrative staff
• This includes, but is not limited to time worked by employees on assigned projects, project inventory information, and approving invoices in a timely manner.
• Identify and properly document all changes in scope or items of extra cost and aggressively work for the collection of money due.
• Maintain constant awareness of the Company's legal liability, managing the exposure professionally and maintaining proper documentation.
• Develop and implement transfer procedures for passing off complex projects to other members of the project management team that provides for a smooth and seamless transition for the customers or clients.
• Responsible for assisting in developing manpower requirements for the projects being constructed
