Assembler Lead Coordinator Details:
Temporary position- $
19.75 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:00pm )
- Support supervisors in meeting daily production goals and maintaining workflow efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
- Lead and assist hourly team members while promoting teamwork, productivity, and quality performance.
- Operate tools and equipment safely while following all company safety procedures and standards.
- Inspect and verify completed work to ensure products meet quality and production requirements.
- Use independent judgment to troubleshoot issues, support production needs, and assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
Assembler Lead Coordinator Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to support and guide team members.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, equipment, and follow all safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality and production standards.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
