Painter Details:
Temporary position- $
18.10 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:00pm )
- Prepare truck units for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality before application.
- Apply industrial coatings using gravity-fed and pressure pot spray systems, ensuring even coverage, correct thickness, and adherence to paint specifications.
- Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and paint codes to verify layout, color matching, and job accuracy on each unit.
- Inspect painted surfaces for defects such as runs, drips, or uneven coverage, and perform touch-ups or corrections to meet quality standards.
- Clean, maintain, and properly store spray equipment, air tools, and painting materials while following all safety and production procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Painter Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
- Experience with industrial or truck painting, including surface preparation and spray application preferred.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, work orders, and paint specifications accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to ensure high-quality finishes and color matching.
- Ability to safely operate spray equipment, air tools, and follow all safety and production procedures
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
