**Job Summary:**We are seeking a diligent and experienced Sand Blasting to join our team. This critical role involves preparing various metal surfaces and equipment through precise sandblasting for subsequent coating, painting, or repair processes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating and maintaining sandblasting equipment, committed to upholding strict safety standards, and thrive in a demanding industrial environment.**Must Have / Qualifications:***Minimum 1+ year of sandblasting experience required*Must be able to work 10–12 hour shifts consistently*Must be able to work in dusty industrial environments*Must be able to communicate in English for safety reasons*Steel toe boots required **Disqualify If:** *No sandblasting experience*Unable or unwilling to work 10–12 hour shifts*Unable or unwilling to work weekends or overtime*Unable to communicate in English for safety purposesUnable to work in dusty environments for extended periods*Unable to stand, bend, climb, or lift throughout the shift**Screening Directives:**
Sandblaster Qualifications:
- Previous sandblasting experience required in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Must be able to work 10–12 hour shifts and weekends as needed Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in dusty environments for extended periods
- Must be able to communicate in English for safety purposes
- Must have reliable transportation and steel toe boots
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
