1st Shift Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Assemble wire harness components by connecting wires, terminals, and connectors following instructions
- Use hand tools to cut, strip, and crimp wires with accuracy and care
- Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and proper connections
- Follow work instructions, diagrams, and production schedules to meet daily goals
- Keep workstations clean and organized while maintaining safety standards
1st Shift Production Associate Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; assembly or production experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow diagrams and instructions
- Good hand-eye coordination for small part assembly tasks
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
