Press Brake Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 04:00pm to02:00am )
- Set up and operate press brake machines, ensuring optimal performance for bending, forming, and shaping various metal components.
- Interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
- Select, install, and adjust appropriate dies and tooling, performing necessary calibrations to achieve precise angles and dimensions.
- Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Press Brake Operator Qualifications:
- Experience as a CNC Operator with strong CNC Set-up capabilities, specifically on press brake machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.* Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift. Also lift up to 50lbs during shift
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, precise components.* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.*
