Blast Operator/General Laborer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Operate blasting equipment to clean, prepare, and finish metal components
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
- Perform general labor tasks to support production and meet daily output goals
- Inspect parts for cleanliness and quality before and after blasting
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
Blast Operator/General Laborer Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, blasting, or general labor preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, standing, and repetitive motion
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
