Accounts Payable Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.60 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Process and review high-volume invoices for accuracy and payment
- Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and company credit card transactions
Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience required
- Experience with high-volume invoice processing preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Must be able to pass required background screening and speak/read English
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
