Maintenance Technician supporting the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of residential housing properties. This short-term assignment will assist with general maintenance tasks, unit turns, repairs, and property upkeep to help ensure safe and well-maintained living environments for residents.

Short-Term Maintenance Technician Details:
Temporary position- $
25.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Tuesday throughTuesday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Short-term assignment depending on project needs.
- Perform general maintenance and repair work in unoccupied residential units and common areas.
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs.
- Assist with apartment turns, including cleaning, patching, painting, and minor repairs
Short-Term Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors as needed.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
