Logistics Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Enter and maintain accurate logistics data within the company ERP system
- Schedule pickups, deliveries, and transportation services as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems for logistics records and compliance documents
- Provide general administrative support including email correspondence, reporting, and data entry
- Gather samples and trade show materials and coordinate deliveries
- Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned
Logistics Assistant Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, administrative support, or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Familiarity with inventory or logistics software is a plus Work Environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
