Onsite Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
65,000.00 / annually Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
Onsite Linen Distribution Manager at Vanderbilt Medical Center overseeing a 25+ person team, including supervisors and admin staff. Responsible for managing daily linen operations, ensuring timely hospital distribution, and maintaining strong coordination with departments.
Onsite Supervisor Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory or management experience required; healthcare or hospital environment preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate team performance
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across departments
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of OSHA, infection control, and safety guidelines; flexible schedule availability
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
