Warehouse Team Lead
Seeking hands on Warehouse Team Lead to oversee day to day warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate order fulfillment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting safe and efficient shipping operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and accountability are critical.

Warehouse Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to04:00pm )
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory handling, kitting, pick/pack, and shipping operations
- Prioritize and coordinate workflows to meet daily shipping deadlines for UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight carriers
- Verify inbound materials and outbound shipments to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse systems
- Maintain warehouse organization including labeling, bin locations, staging areas, and storage systems
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and other shipping/packing tools while ensuring routine upkeep
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Coordinate carrier pickups and complete local material runs as needed
Warehouse Team Lead Qualifications:
- Warehouse experience with demonstrated responsibility for warehouse operations
- Current forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and remain on your feet for the majority of the shift
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and warehouse/inventory management systems
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet shipping deadlines with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license required
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
