Description
Accountant CPA
Healthy CPA Firm seeking a Tax Accountant CPA to join the team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple deadlines and have at least 4 years of tax accounting experience. CPA required. $110K - $140K DOE + benefits + paid overtime. Position sits in office in Vernal with flexible, work from home, Wednesdays.
**Relocation bonus up for discussion.

Accountant CPA Details:
Direct Hire position- $
110,000.00 to $ 140,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers for multiple clients
- Post adjusting and recurring journal entries
- Prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Assist with month end and year end closing procedures
- Perform data entry and account reconciliations
- Communicate with clients to request financial documents and clarify details
- Support with tax planning and virtual CFO projects
Accountant CPA Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 4+ year of professional tax accounting experience
- Working understanding of the accounting equation
- Experience with UltraTax QuickBooks Desktop or Online Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple assignments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- CPA licensure required
