Elwood Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in our upcoming July class.

Customer Service Rep. Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 18.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Respond professionally and efficiently to a high volume of inbound customer calls.
- Guide customers through the warranty claims and resolution process
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling products or services relevant to customer needs
- Accurately track and document customer interactions, inquiries, and order statuses
- Process customer payments securely and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Customer Service Rep. Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a call center environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
- Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent alphanumeric data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word
- Must have strong internet
- Must live in Northern Colorado
