Shipping & SCM Analyst Details:
Direct Hire position- $
50,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Manage material flow, inventory levels, and purchase orders to support production and customer demand
- Coordinate shipments, logistics, and supplier deliveries to ensure on-time material availability
- Monitor inventory, forecast requirements, and resolve supply chain discrepancies or shortages
- Prepare shipping documentation including ASNs, bills of lading, labels, and commercial invoices
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and carriers to resolve delivery and logistics issues
- Maintain ERP/customer portal data, reporting, and supply chain documentation for operational accuracy
- Support new product launches, engineering changes, and material control activities
- Track supplier performance, customer scorecards, and key supply chain KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Shipping & SCM Analyst Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience supporting supply chain, logistics, inventory control, or materials management operations within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of material planning, demand forecasting, purchase order management, and shipment coordination
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and customer/supplier portals such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for tracking KPIs, shipments, and operational performance
