Lawncare and Grounds Maintenance Details:
Temporary position- $
12.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform routine lawn care services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
- Maintain landscaping features such as shrubs, trees, flower beds, and mulch areas.
- Assist with planting, fertilizing, watering, and seasonal cleanup.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
- Remove debris, leaves, and trash from grounds and walkways.
- Perform basic irrigation system checks and repairs.
- Maintain sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas (including snow removal if applicable).
- Report equipment issues or property concerns to supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and proper equipment handling at all times.
Lawncare and Grounds Maintenance Qualifications:
- Previous lawncare, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
