End Form Setup Operator (1st Shift) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.40 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:00pm )
- Set up and prepare end forming machines for daily production runs
- Perform first-piece inspections using basic measuring tools to ensure quality
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and support routine maintenance
- Read work orders and schedules to adjust tooling and meet production needs
- Support operators with materials, training, and ongoing quality checks
End Form Setup Operator (1st Shift) Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read work orders, use basic measuring tools, and follow production instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
