Die Cutter Operator Details:
Direct Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
Set up and operate flatbed die cutting equipment, including but not limited to 40" die cutters.* Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and production orders to ensure accurate setup and operation.* Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects, ensuring they meet strict quality standards through visual and dimensional checks.* Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production runs to maintain product quality and efficiency.* Perform initial assembly of products for subsequent quality inspections.* Conduct routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.* Accurately record production data, including quantities, run times, and quality control information.* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.*
Die Cutter Operator Qualifications:
*Required Qualifications & Skills:*** Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience operating die cutting equipment.* Proficiency in die setting and operating die cutting machinery.* Demonstrated experience as a Machine Operator, with familiarity in operating various manufacturing machinery, including slitting machines.* Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain high standards of quality control.* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.* Flexibility to work both first and second shifts as business needs dictate.**Preferred Skills:*** Experience or background in Tool and Die processes.*
