Manufacturing Operators Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.65 to $ 19.25 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 04:00pm to04:30am )
- Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment to maintain optimal performance
- Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues and escalate as needed
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Complete accurate production, safety, and quality documentation
- Support changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and sanitation activities
Manufacturing Operators Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food or manufacturing operations preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions accurately
- Comfortable lifting up to 75lbs and working in a physically demanding production environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime
- Reliable transportation to White City required, does not run on bus line
- Manufacturing Operator 4s and 5s needed on swing and graveyard shifts!
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
